1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the website auto-st.com operated by Zyberum GmbH, Jägerstieg 12, 30657 Hannover. Licences, subscriptions, pilot projects and services around AutoST are governed by the individual contract we conclude with your company, which takes precedence over these terms. We only sell to businesses, not to consumers.
2. Website content
The descriptions, screenshots and examples on this website show what AutoST can do. They are not a binding offer and do not guarantee specific properties. The scope stated in our quote and contract is binding. Prices are available on request.
3. Principles of our AutoST contracts
Test results, reports and data from your tests belong to you. We treat all information about your vehicles, ECUs and projects as confidential and sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the first call if you wish. If we host AutoST for you, we conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. If you install AutoST on your own servers, the test data stays with you.
4. Responsible use
AutoST actively sends requests to ECUs and can put them into fault states, reset them or change data (for example during fuzzing or write tests). Only test systems you are authorised to test, and never vehicles on public roads. Destructive tests are switched off by default in AutoST and must be confirmed explicitly.
5. Liability for the website
For the use of the website we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Hannover, Germany.
